On June 2, the Chinese Society of Environmental Science organized an appraisal meeting on the results of the "Ultra-low Emission Technology and Application in the Building Ceramics Industry" completed by Foshan Mosen Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. After listening to the project team’s report, reviewing relevant information, and after further questioning and discussion, experts from the appraisal committee agreed that the results reached the internationally advanced level and agreed to pass the appraisal. "Ceramic Information" learned that the technological innovation points of Mawson Environment's project have the following three major aspects:

1. In terms of denitrification of ceramic kilns, the medium-low temperature SCR denitrification technology is used, and the denitrification efficiency is improved by passing through a treatment chamber before denitrification. First, the treatment chamber is used to reduce the heat generated by the reaction between water molecules in the smoke and alkaline oxides. It is used in conjunction with the cooling mechanism. At the same time, the mechanism is equipped to absorb the expansion of the viscous dust in the flue gas to avoid the impact of high temperature on the SCR denitrification equipment. , while avoiding sticky dust clogging and improving denitrification efficiency;

2. In terms of semi-dry desulfurization technology, the high-temperature flue gas passes through a dedicated temperature and humidity control system to ensure that the flue gas humidity and temperature achieve the best desulfurization effect. Through the optimized design, the circulating ash is recycled multiple times without pipeline blockage, which is consistent with Compared with the CFB circulating fluidized bed semi-dry method, it overcomes the problems of desulfurization tower bed collapse caused by unstable flue gas operating conditions and untimely discovery of spray gun clogging;

3. In terms of technology integration, innovative use of medium and low-temperature SCR denitrification technology and improved semi-dry desulfurization and dust removal integration technology is achieved to achieve the function of coordinated and integrated treatment of multiple pollutants in building ceramic flue gas, and is the first in the industry to achieve this simultaneously Ultra-low emissions of three major pollutants: particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides.

The results of Mawson Environment's "Research on Ultra-Low Emission Technology and Application in the Building Ceramics Industry" are of great significance. After the implementation of the project, not only the average emission concentrations of dust, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides were reduced by 6.5 times, 5.4 times and 3.25 times respectively, but the operating costs were also reduced. It is roughly estimated that the application of this technology can bring economic benefits of about 10 million yuan per year to enterprises, and with the promotion of technology, it is of far-reaching significance to continue to improve the quality of the atmospheric environment.
