Han Yuanyuan, currently the design director of Ordos Yuanshu Decoration Design Engineering Co., Ltd., graduated from Shandong Institute of Arts and Crafts and has been in the industry for 13 years. This case is a residence for a family of four and their parents. Han Yuanyuan’s design concept is that the new Chinese style is not a pure stacking of elements, but a combination of modern elements and traditional elements through the understanding of traditional culture to meet the aesthetic needs of modern people. To create something rich in traditional charm, so that traditional art can be appropriately reflected in today's society.

Strongness and softness in the new Chinese style
Traditional Chinese homes pay great attention to the layering of space. This traditional aesthetic concept has been given a new interpretation in the "new Chinese" decorative style. In this case, the designer created separate functional spaces based on the number of residents and the degree of privacy, using "passes" or simplified "bogu racks" to distinguish them; where the line of sight needs to be isolated, Chinese-style screens are used Or window lattice, through this new way of separation, unit residences show the hierarchical beauty of Chinese-style homes.

The separation of Chinese and Western kitchens is more suitable for the cooking habits of northerners: it not only retains the local people's habit of firing a fire, but also blocks the fumes.
